Message from the Chief Executive Officer
It is with immense pride and great enthusiasm that I assume the leadership of HESP today as Chief Executive Officer. Our company has established a strong reputation in the demanding well logging sector, and I commend the dedication and professionalism that has allowed us to maintain our position in a highly competitive market.
In a context of ongoing technological shifts and global economic fluctuations, particularly the challenges within the oil and gas sector, our agility, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence remain our greatest strengths.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management of Sonatrach and ENSP, as well as to our shareholders, ENSP and Halliburton, for the trust they have placed in me. Together, we share a clear ambition: to strengthen HESP’s position and further elevate its standing at both the national and international levels.
Achieving our ambitions depends first and foremost on the men and women of our company. I commend your professionalism, dedication, and commitment every day. I remain fully committed to improving working conditions, fostering innovation, and maintaining constructive collaboration with our social partner, a key contributor to our collective success.
Together, with a shared vision and strong commitment, we will overcome our challenges and achieve our objectives. I am confident that I can count on each and every one of you.

بكل فخر واعتزاز، وحماس كبير، أتولى اليوم قيادة مؤسسة HESP بصفتي رئيساً مديراً عاماً.
لقد استطاعت مؤسستنا أن تبني سمعة طيبة ومكانة مرموقة في قطاع تسجيل القياسات البترولية (logging) الشديد التنافسية، وأود أن أشيد بالجهود التي سمحت بالحفاظ على موقعنا في ظل منافسة قوية.
وأمام التغيرات التكنولوجية المستمرة والتقلبات الاقتصادية العالمية، لا سيما التحديات التي يشهدها سوق النفط، تبقى مرونتنا، وسرعة استجابتنا، وسعينا الدائم نحو التميز، هي الركائز الأساسية لنجاحنا.
كما أود أن أعرب عن خالص الشكر والتقدير إلى إدارتي سوناطراك (Sonatrach) والشركة الوطنية لخدمات الآبار (ENSP)، وكذا لشريكينا ومساهمينا ENSP وHalliburton، على الثقة التي أولوني إياها.
إن طموحنا المشترك واضح: الارتقاء بمؤسسة HESP إلى أعلى المستويات على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي.
إن تحقيق هذا الهدف الطموح يعتمد، قبل كل شيء، على كفاءات وطاقات مؤسستنا من نساء ورجال. وأود هنا أن أُشيد بروحكم المهنية العالية، وتفانيكم في العمل، والجهود التي تبذلونها يومياً. وأؤكد لكم حرصي التام وعزمي الراسخ على تحسين ظروف عملكم، وتشجيع الابتكار، والعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع الشريك الاجتماعي، الذي يعتبر دعامة أساسية لنجاحنا الجماعي.

C’est avec une immense fierté et un grand enthousiasme que je prends aujourd’hui la tête de HESP en qualité de Président-Directeur Général. Notre entreprise s’est forgé une solide réputation dans le secteur exigeant du logging, et je salue le dévouement et le professionnalisme qui nous ont permis de maintenir notre position sur un marché très concurrentiel.
Dans un contexte de mutations technologiques permanentes et de fluctuations économiques mondiales, notamment les défis propres au secteur pétrolier et gazier, notre agilité, notre réactivité et notre engagement envers l'excellence demeurent nos plus grands atouts.
Je tiens à exprimer ma sincère gratitude à la direction de Sonatrach et de l’ENSP, ainsi qu’à nos actionnaires, l’ENSP et Halliburton, pour la confiance qu’ils m’accordent. Ensemble, nous partageons une ambition claire : renforcer la position de HESP et porter son rayonnement au plus haut niveau, tant sur le plan national qu’international.
